Not only does sublimation yield high-quality products, but it is also better for the environment. While other printing methods involve a liquid stage that requires a significant amount of water, sublimation uses little water. Finally, sublimation printing produces very little waste and uses less ink. Almost all of our packaging is also able to be recycled or has already been recycled. As partners in sustainable forest management, our MDF (Medium Density Fibreboard) products are responsibly sourced from forested wood and are FSC certified.

We print on only the BEST products available. Our ceramic mugs are AAA rated Orca coated which gives the best and most durable printed finish. Our extensive product testing ensures that every one of our products is of the highest possible quality.

Our aim is to dispatch all items within 3-5 days of ordering. This includes any free personalisation and bespoke design. We use Royal Mail in the UK, but are able to deliver orders worldwide using 3rd party couriers. We also have a print hub in the US, which means we can deliver to North America quickly and efficiently. Our customer service team aim to respond to any enquiry within 12 hours. We take our customer service seriously, and unlike other commerce brands, we do not have set working hours. This ensures a rapid response to any enquiry.
